한국소호은행 컨소시엄 주주 구성. /사진제공=한국신용데이터 한국소호은행 컨소시엄이 제4인터넷전문은행(인터넷은행) 예비인가 신청서를 제출했다. 컨소시엄에는 은행·금융·보험·IT 등 다양한 분야 기업들이 참여를 확정했는데, 한국소호은행은 각각의 전문성과 노하우를 바탕으로 '소상공인을 위한 첫 번째 은행'을 설립한다는 목표다. 26일 소호은행 컨소시엄을 주도하는 한국신용데이터는 금융위원회와 금융감독원에 관련 신청서를 제출했다고 밝혔다. 앞서 2022년 한국신용데이터는 태스크포스(TF)를 구성하고 소상공인 특화 은행 설립을 추진해왔다. 우리은행이 작년 컨소시엄 참여를 결정한 이후 NH농협은행, 하나은행이 합류하면서 5대 시중은행(KB국민·신한·하나·우리·NH농협) 가운데 3곳이 투자에 나섰다. 여기에 BNK부산은행, OK저축은행도 참여를 공식화했다. 이 같은 면목은 소호은행 컨소시엄의 향후 전국적 금융 네트워크와 지역 밀착형 금융 지원이 기대되는 대목이다. 또 포용 금융의 실현도 관측되는데, 이는 어떤 개인이나 기업이든 금융상품과 서비스에 편리하게 접근 가능하게 하는 개념이다. 비은행 금융사 가운데는 유진투자증권, 우리카드가 함께 한다. 유진투자증권은 소상공인 자산관리와 맞춤형 투자상품 제공, 우리카드는 신용카드 기반 다양한 결제 솔루션을 통해 각각 소상공인 재무 안정성과 금융 편의성을 높이려고 한다. 보험업계에서는 흥국생명과 흥국화재가 참여를 확정했다. 소상공인 경영 안정성과 위험 대비를 체계화하는 동시에 맞춤형 보장 상품을 제공해 금융 서비스에 깊이를 더한다는 목표다. IT분야에선 LG CNS, 메가존클라우드, 아이티센, 티시스 등이 컨소시엄에 합류했다. LG CNS는 금융 맞춤형 인공지능(AI) 기술과 클라우드 인프라 구축 역량으로 안전하고 유연한 디지털 금융 환경을 구현할 예정이다. 메가존클라우드는 클라우드 기반 BaaS(Banking as a Service, 서비스형 은행) 플랫폼과 생성형 AI를 활용해 맞춤형 금융 서비스 개발을 지원하고, 아이티센은 공공 IT 서비스의 전문성을 바탕으로 금융과 공공 데이터를 연계한 혁신 서비스 도입을 준비 중이다. 티시스는 보험 서비스의 디지털화를 통해 보험과 금융의 융합을 촉진한다. 한국신용데이터는 지역 소상공인 지원을 위한 지역 간 협력에 박차를 가하고 있다. 대전시와 민생안정 및 한국소호은행 설립을 위한 업무협약을 체결했고 9개 지역(서울·경기·인천·충남·부산·대구·전남·전북·강원) 신용보증재단과 양해각서(MOU)를 진행했다. 한국신용데이터는 인터넷은행 설립 추진 전부터 소상공인에게 금융 서비 스를 제공하기 위해 노력해 온 기업이다. 국내에서 처음으로 전업 개인 사업자 신용을 전문적으로 평가하는 한국평가정보를 설립해 2022년 금융위 인가를 받았다. 전국 170만 소상공인 사업장에는 경영관리 서비스 '캐시노트'를 제공하고 있다. 캐시노트는 소상공인을 위한 장부 및 매출 관리 앱으로 시작해 현재 경영관리, 금융서비스, 물품구매, 커뮤니티 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 김동호 한국신용데이터 대표는 "한국소호은행 컨소시엄의 목표는 소상공인에게 공정한 신용 평가와 금융 서비스를 제공하는 '소상공인을 위한 첫 번째 은행'이 되는 것"이라면서 "사장님들에 대한 깊은 공감, 금융에 대한 깊은 이해, 검증된 정보기술 역량을 결집해 모든 사장님들에게 꼭 필요한 새로운 금융 솔루션을 선보이겠다"고 말했다. 키워드
